Project Manager for Brand and Commercial Projects We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of brand and commercial projects, ensuring they align with timelines and governance standards. **About Us** Britvic Ireland is a leading player in the Irish FMCG market, with a 240-year brand history. We offer a range of family favourite and global premium brands, and exist to help people enjoy life's everyday moments. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and manage project plans from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of brand changes, SKU extensions, innovation projects, commercial projects, and supply chain projects. * Identify dependencies between projects and ensure stage gate governance compliance. * Build and lead project meetings, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities. * Manage project cross-functional teams, timelines, and track completion of workbook actions. * Ensure project costs, quality, and timelines are delivered on target. * Identify risks and issues to the project, and develop contingency plans. * Update and maintain project hub, and plan and facilitate monthly governance meetings. **Key Requirements** * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. * Project management skills, including risk management, budgeting, and project planning. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines. * Experience in the FMCG industry, with a background in supply chain, marketing, and commercial. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and lead others. * Project management certification in Prince 2 and PMP qualification, with proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel. * Ability to work independently and on own initiative. **We Value Diversity and Inclusion** We believe that diversity and inclusion are essential for building a strong and successful team.
