Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join their team. This team operates globally, improving accuracy for online safety. These Integrity Operations are pivotal to the client and their commitment to the safety of their users.

This individual will actively analyse data and report to senior leadership, they will consistently look for ways to improve processes and deliver actionable insights for cross functional teams.

• Support the Insights team in managing production of Insight reports.
• Report process, policy and product concepts effectively to senior leadership, business and crossfunctional partners by simplifying complex problems
• Perform urgent, timesensitive investigations of quality issues or escalations to determine root cause and recommend corrective action using data driven insights
• Identify and quantify the impact of top quality metric issues, conduct root cause analyses, and work with key crossfunctional partners to implement change
• Proactively and independently initiate and execute implementation plans and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
• Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates and Community Standards

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years professional experience with Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions) and SQL
• 4+ years working in an Operations, Insights, Analytics, Product, Engineering or equivalent team, preferably in a technology company or consulting firm or similar fastpaced environment
• 4+ years experience delivering presentations to key stakeholders
• 4+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Experience in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics or related field is advantageous
• Experience in program and stakeholder management in a crossfunctional and cross geographical capacity
