Job Summary: Programme Facilitator required to promote independent living and community integration for people with disabilities in Tullamore, County Offaly.
We are an independent voluntary organisation providing services and support for people with disabilities and their families for over 70 years. Our work positively impacts the lives of over 10,000 people with disabilities, equipping them with the confidence, skills, and self-belief to achieve their goals.
**Job Purpose:**
- Support independent living and community integration for people with disabilities.
- Facilitate educational, developmental, recreational, and occupational programmes and activities.
- Design and implement programmes to match service users' needs and capabilities.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in supporting people with intellectual or physical disabilities.
- Full driving license required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Be a key worker to service users to facilitate the Person Centred Planning process.
- Identify goals and supports required by individual service users and maintain records.
- Develop and deliver person centred programmes to meet the needs of service users.
- Carry out daily duties such as health and safety checks, making telephone calls, updating records, and facilitating activities.

**Salary:** €30,915.76-€32,518.28 (pro rata), depending on experience.
