Job Summary: Programme Facilitator required to support independent living and community integration for people with disabilities in Tullamore, County Offaly.
We are an independent voluntary organisation providing services and support for people with disabilities and their families for over 70 years.

Job Description
- Commit to living the organisational values of Teamwork, Dignity, Justice, Advocacy, and Quality.
- Be a key worker to service users to facilitate the Person Centred Planning process.
- Identify goals and supports required by individual service users and maintain records.
- Develop and deliver person centred programmes to meet the needs of service users.
- Carry out daily duties such as health and safety checks, making telephone calls, updating records, and facilitating activities.
Requirements
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent.
- 2 Years of experience in supporting people with intellectual or physical disabilities.
- Full driving license required.

Salary starting from €30,915.76-€32,518.28 (pro rata), depending on experience.
