Our work positively impacts the lives of over 10,000 people with disabilities, equipping them with the confidence, skills, and self-belief to achieve their expressed goals Programme Supervisor- 6343 Bray Resource Centre Bray, County Wicklow Permanent Part Time Contract, 30 hours Job Purpose The Programme Supervisor will assist the Community Services Manager in the delivery of a quality client focused respite service. They will have a role in the management and planning of the exiting service, supporting clients with mental health & ID disabilities some of whom may present with behaviours that challenge in a person-centred day and community support service. Implementing and ensuring New Directions and RehabCare standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality, customer focused service. Minimum Education & Skills required A Third level graduate, health and social care equivalent MAPA, Autism Awareness Training, Occupational First Aid, Manual Handling BA in a relevant field Participate in RehabCare training programme in line with New Directions regulations To attend and adhered to RehabCare mandatory training programme Job Duties & Responsibilities To manage the day-to-day delivery of a truly person centred service for all clients who avail of Bray Resource centre. To liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams and other personnel to ensure the best quality of service with the clients as directed by community services manager. To document information and complete paperwork as deemed necessary for delivery of service to the clients who avail of the Service for accountability purpose. Additional requirements Be action orientated; enjoying working hard and seeking challenges with an ability to act and react as required, even in circumstances of limited/incomplete information. Be flexible regarding working hours and travel in order to meet the operational needs of the service and organisation. Participate in an on-call rota, as required. Flexibly adapt to take on other reasonable duties/projects if required by the CSM. Full, driving licence is essential.
