Job Description
Job Summary: Promote and support independent living and community integration for people with disabilities. Assist in developing and delivering quality community services to meet individual needs and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusting relationships with service users to identify goals, strengths, and needs.
- Support service users to establish and enhance their natural support circle.
- Advocate on behalf of and support self-advocacy for service users in various settings.
- Development and completion of positive risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Action-oriented with ability to work hard and adapt to challenges.
- Flexible with working hours and travel to meet operational needs.
- Full driving licence preferred.
