Job Description

Project Administrator required to support Technical Assurance team nationwide, ensuring compliance, reporting, and streamlining work practices. You will join a team of industry professionals delivering water and wastewater projects nationwide as a key member of the Technical Assurance team. **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist the Technical Assurance Lead in ensuring compliance with Uisce Éireann Standards & Specifications * Contribute to technical standards forums and review meetings to identify additional specification requirements * Ensure the UÉ Derogation process is utilized to its full potential and a regular reporting structure to management is completed * Act as a team lead in relation to innovation and technology, streamlining current work practices * Respond promptly and accurately to technical queries submitted * Administer and develop the UÉ Lessons Learnt process in a cooperative fashion * Other duties as reasonably required **Requirements:** * Minimum of a Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Administration, Construction, Engineering, or another relevant discipline * Experience in a similar administrative role within a construction/engineering environment * Experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Share Point for reporting * Ability to successfully collaborate with both cross-divisional and external stakeholders
