You will have the opportunity to help shape the new PMO practice and get on a path to becoming a fully fledged Project Manager in the future.Initially, you will be accountable for supporting the governance and reporting of all Group IT projects. Additionally, you will support the delivery of the portfolio of projects, ensuring they are tracked appropriately and delivered on time and on budget. This involves onboarding of projects, reviewing business cases, tracking projects in JIRA, and engaging with a broad range of business stakeholders and the broader project team to deliver projects successfully.Other Responsibilities include:Ensure projects are set up correctly in project systems for reporting and tracking.Support Group IT project owners with project processes, e.g., facilitating project planning and lessons learned.Support creation of monthly reports for reporting on the IT project portfolio.Ensure the effective maintenance of IT project applications, completing system administration, training, and support for users.About you:2-4 years’ experience in a PMO environment.Effective presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business.Experience of working with teams using a variety of frameworks and methodologies (traditional waterfall and iterative/agile delivery and process improvement methodologies).Experience of using project tools (e.g. JIRA, Project Plans).Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude.Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.An excellent and rare opportunity awaits to work with a leading Irish business that can provide you an excellent pathway on your Project Management journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr
