We are seeking a Programme Coordinator - Project Manager with experience in Change Programmes to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication
- Managing project management documents
- Task tracking, followup, and resource scheduling
- Ensuring smooth project operation and eliminating blockers
Key Deliverables:- Admin task list
- Meetings schedule
- Project Reports
- Project documentation maintenance
Experience required:- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experience in IT Transformational programmes
- Strong organisational, clientfacing, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of risk management, change management, and quality assurance control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project budget coordination
We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of project management and coordination experience, ideally with a recognised project management qualification.
This is a full-time role with a hybrid attendance pattern. Initial assignment duration is 12 months.
