Programme Coordinator - Project Manager with experience in Change Programmes

Exciting Opportunity in Dublin City Centre

We are seeking a Programme Coordinator - Project Manager with experience in Change Programmes to join our team.


Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication
  • Managing project management documents
  • Task tracking, followup, and resource scheduling
  • Ensuring smooth project operation and eliminating blockers

Key Deliverables:

  • Admin task list
  • Meetings schedule
  • Project Reports
  • Project documentation maintenance

Experience required:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Experience in IT Transformational programmes
  • Strong organisational, clientfacing, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of risk management, change management, and quality assurance control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project budget coordination


We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of project management and coordination experience, ideally with a recognised project management qualification.

This is a full-time role with a hybrid attendance pattern. Initial assignment duration is 12 months.
