Project Controls Specialist

The Project Controls Specialist plays a crucial role in monitoring and improving schedule, commercial, and quality performance on live construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, monitor, and report project progress and performance across multiple projects
- Chair weekly project meetings with site teams and record key issues
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to develop and maintain project schedules
- Build strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Analyze and resolve high-impact issues that arise on site
Requirements:
- Significant site/project management experience
- Effective motivational attributes and proven managerial skills
- Strong commercial awareness and experience with project management software
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
