This individual will help coordinate website design projects and their schedules, working closely with the Design, Development, and outsourcing partners to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact with our customers while managing all aspects of the website project.Manage the issuance of project plans and preliminary schedules.Keep stakeholders updated on projects.Ensure clients are always up-to-date on tasks.Work closely with internal teams to implement all websites on time and within budget.Handle multiple projects simultaneously.Manage interdepartmental communication related to website projects.Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.Write project documentation and ensure each project's documentation is well-organized.Responsible for project deliverables and maintenance of project plans.Issue internal teams with accurate information provided by the client.Act as the main point of contact for appointed clients for project delivery.Identify potential escalation issues or scope creep and manage these to ensure they do not impact project delivery.RequirementsExperience: 3-5 years in the Hospitality Sector. Knowledge of Hospitality or Distribution technology is advantageous.Experience in a similar role.Understanding of the website delivery process.Experience in client-facing roles.Ability to work well under pressure.Working knowledge of web technologies.Ability to work with a cool head under pressure, with an objective-focused and positive approach.Techniques for managing, tracking, and reporting risks, issues, and status.Knowledge of project management, ideally with experience in a web design/development environment on the agency or client side, delivering multiple digital projects.Comfortable communicating all aspects of project work phases to clients.Proactive and able to find solutions to any problems.Excellent at scheduling with a talent for pushing the project along and keeping everything on track.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience using and knowledge of content management solutions, specifically WordPress.Proven ability to understand customer needs.Enthusiastic, outgoing, confident, and keen to contribute to an enjoyable and productive team environment.Reliable with an ability to adapt to constantly changing challenges and priorities.Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
