Responsible for eliciting information from a diverse group of stakeholders through workshops and interviews, generating comprehensive work instructions for the operation of equipment in the field, and planning the project effectively. A snapshot of your key responsibilities asProject Coordinator would be: Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and insights. Analyse and synthesise information to create clear and concise work instructions for field equipment operation. Develop and maintain project plans detailing tasks, timelines, priorities, stakeholders, scope, and other project needs. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Ensure adherence to organisational standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Proven experience in project coordination or management. Proven ability to elicit and document requirements from diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
