Project Coordinator sought to manage governance process, project meetings, and documentation for Ireland-based technical and delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage entire governance process in collaboration with project and corporate governance.
- Track project meeting actions and ensure closure.
- Manage project RAID log, including risk, assumption, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate purchase requisition process and track actions.
- Contribute to regular reviews of schedule and cost, supporting change, risk, and issues management.
- Assist with cost and contract management, including variation log tracking.
- Manage external project platform (Procore) and sub-contractor access.
- Coordinate tech submittal, RFI, and payment certification processes.
- Manage internal MS SharePoint access and content audits.
- Support project/programme team with delivery of required outcomes and outputs.
- Coordinate meeting invites, room booking, and pack preparation.
- Take minutes of meetings and develop reports and presentations.
- Support team engagement with financial, risk, and audit teams.
- Ensure governance meetings and meeting minutes are stored correctly.
- Ensure project documentation is stored correctly.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction projects.
- Experience in data centre or heavy M&E project development preferred.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and strong IT skills.
- Experience with project account software (Sage/Quicken) preferred.
- Experience with Procore platform management preferred.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
