Job Description

Project Coordinator sought to manage governance process, project meetings, and documentation for Ireland-based technical and delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage entire governance process in collaboration with project and corporate governance.
  • Track project meeting actions and ensure closure.
  • Manage project RAID log, including risk, assumption, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate purchase requisition process and track actions.
  • Contribute to regular reviews of schedule and cost, supporting change, risk, and issues management.
  • Assist with cost and contract management, including variation log tracking.
  • Manage external project platform (Procore) and sub-contractor access.
  • Coordinate tech submittal, RFI, and payment certification processes.
  • Manage internal MS SharePoint access and content audits.
  • Support project/programme team with delivery of required outcomes and outputs.
  • Coordinate meeting invites, room booking, and pack preparation.
  • Take minutes of meetings and develop reports and presentations.
  • Support team engagement with financial, risk, and audit teams.
  • Ensure governance meetings and meeting minutes are stored correctly.
  • Ensure project documentation is stored correctly.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in construction projects.
  • Experience in data centre or heavy M&E project development preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and strong IT skills.
  • Experience with project account software (Sage/Quicken) preferred.
  • Experience with Procore platform management preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
