Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects in Dublin, Ireland.
We are a leading ICT and IoT provider and are looking for a skilled individual to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The role will involve preparing and presenting updates regularly to relevant management channels.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Project Manager to ensure efficient project delivery
- Coordinating project management activities and information
- Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management
- Preparing and presenting regular updates to management
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within a Telco environment
- Background in administrative support
- Knowledge of project management best practices
- Ability to stay highly organised and balance multiple tasks
- Experience using project management tools
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
