Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement project plans, schedules and deliverables in accordance with specified requirements. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Represent the client at all external and internal consortium related meetings, recording action points and feedback. Liaise with relevant departments regarding associated tender submission requirements. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure follow-up items are completed and processed within the agreed time limits. Monitor and report on progress, ensuring compliance with timelines and expectations. Identify and manage potential risks, issues and challenges that may arise during the PPP bid process, and propose and implement mitigation measures and solutions. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of the project programme and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. Provide administration and control of relevant information and documentation as required.. Collate and assemble tender related documents. Attend and present at meetings as and when required. Promote and represent Tuath and its interests with relevant outside bodies. Devise and issue reports for management to highlight project related performance Assist and support the Head of Sustainability and Strategic Projects, as required. REQUIREMENTS At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, business administration or related fields. Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to use own initiative. Excellent communication skills, with particular emphasis on bid writing and clarity of detail. Excellent management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize items when required. High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including excel and PowerPoint. Strong verbal communicator with good interpersonal skills. An interest in project management. Team player with a can-do attitude.
