Job Description
Project Coordinator role requires coordinating project handovers, supporting customers, and preparing project materials and technical drawings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Estimation department on project handovers
- Supporting customers on technical queries, project design, approvals, production timings, and delivery
- Preparing project materials orders and issuing to Supply Chain department
- Preparing and issuing detailed technical drawings and instructions to Production department
- Keeping accurate reporting of projects to track materials and labour usage/efficiencies
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- 2-3 years' experience in Project coordinator role
- Strong computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of 2 years AutoCAD experience
- Experience using LogiKal software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise work
- Organised with ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Job Details:
