Job Description

Project Coordinator role requires leading six teams and ensuring compliance with procedures and best practices.

Asset is seeking a Project Coordinator to co-ordinate the Suite Leads for our Clients Project in Tipperary.

This is a 12-month on-site contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the six Project Suite teams.
  • Manage Suite Teams scope and change control, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and best practices alongside the technical lead.
  • Partner with EP, CM & CQ and other disciplines on the planning and execution of scope.
  • Lead in collaboration with EP, CM and partners the cost, risks, change management, and scheduling effort for suite team.
  • Maintain up-to-date decision, risk, and action logs.
  • Ensure adequate resourcing for Suite Teams.
  • Resolve cross-functional issues impacting the Suite Teams.
  • Monitor Suite teams' performance (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project management plan and performance baseline.
  • Monitor project progress and performance.
  • Provide status reports to the Core team and Project Management.
  • Offer training and mentoring to Suite Team Leads.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in managing projects and sub-project teams in design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Proficiency in scope, cost, and schedule management.
  • Expertise in design management.
  • Experience with large-scale Pharma projects in excess of 200m+.
  • API Knowledge desirable.
  • Project Management Certification desirable.
