Project Coordinator role requires leading six teams and ensuring compliance with procedures and best practices.
Asset is seeking a Project Coordinator to co-ordinate the Suite Leads for our Clients Project in Tipperary.
This is a 12-month on-site contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the six Project Suite teams.
- Manage Suite Teams scope and change control, escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and best practices alongside the technical lead.
- Partner with EP, CM & CQ and other disciplines on the planning and execution of scope.
- Lead in collaboration with EP, CM and partners the cost, risks, change management, and scheduling effort for suite team.
- Maintain up-to-date decision, risk, and action logs.
- Ensure adequate resourcing for Suite Teams.
- Resolve cross-functional issues impacting the Suite Teams.
- Monitor Suite teams' performance (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project management plan and performance baseline.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Provide status reports to the Core team and Project Management.
- Offer training and mentoring to Suite Team Leads.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in managing projects and sub-project teams in design, installation, and commissioning.
- Proficiency in scope, cost, and schedule management.
- Expertise in design management.
- Experience with large-scale Pharma projects in excess of 200m+.
- API Knowledge desirable.
- Project Management Certification desirable.
