As a Project Deputy General Manager, you'll lead teams in hotel operations, drive results, and develop your career in a fast-growing hotel group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on projects across the group, including new hotel openings, acquisitions, and refurbishments.
- Lead teams in hotel operations, ensuring a superb guest experience and meeting KPIs.
- Cover secondments and maternity leave in established hotels.
Requirements:
- Experienced hotel Deputy General Managers with a drive to push themselves to the next stage in their career.
- Ability to work at pace, meeting challenging deadlines.
