As one of the fastest-growing hotel groups in Europe, we have lots of opportunities for great leaders!Across the UK & Ireland, we have 55 hotels operating across the stunning Leonardo Royal, the luxury lifestyle NYX, and carefully-curated Limited Edition brands; all with exciting expansion plans in the very near future.What You'll Do as Project Deputy General ManagerYou will work across a region in various project roles, which may include:Opening new-build hotels and supporting acquisitions.Covering secondments and maternity leave in established hotels.Working on group-wide projects, such as refurbs.You will lead our vibrant teams in the day-to-day operation of the hotel to create a superb guest experience; hitting KPIs and delivering results at all times. In order to thrive, you need to enjoy working at pace and meeting challenging deadlines.What You NeedWe’re looking for ambitious and experienced hotel Deputy General Managers, who are driven and motivated to push themselves to the next stage in their career.What You Can ExpectAs Project Deputy General Manager, you will be flexible on location within the region, being able to work from Galway to Dublin with little notice.
