Job Description As a project document controller, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and delivery process. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Construction and Support Functions to help deliver projects to global Clients. This role will be site based in Leixlip. Duties included but not limited to: Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized turnover documentation, including closeout documents, record drawings, warranties, and other project deliverables. Data entry: Operation and maintenance of internal databases. Preparation of documentation for upload and review to both sharepoint and management platforms. Management of internal databases including full reporting capabilities, data manipulation and analysis,Issuing documentation and management of same. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards before turnover. Coordination: Act as a liaison between various project stakeholders, including subcontractors, engineers, project managers, to coordinate turnover activities. Reporting:Feed into the project weekly report and coordinate with the project management team on all O&Ms & turnover items. Liaising with various departments and construction teams on a daily basis, Preparation of PowerPoint presentations & Excel reports to issue to teams on weekly basis. Skills and Requirements: Leaving Certificate. 3+ years in a similar position desirable. Excellent IT skills essential (Microsoft Word /Excel / Powerpoint). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential. Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines. Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative. Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous.
