**Senior Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Project** We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a substantial pharmaceutical project in Westmeath, working closely with clients to deliver the project scope. **Responsibilities:** • Manage multiple engineering packages, acting as the client representative, and coordinate with stakeholders to project package completion. • Implement continuous improvement in project management. • Liaise between design, construction, and procurement teams, engaging with site SMEs and managers, and global functions. • Communicate and influence change with all levels of stakeholders and teams. • Evaluate and transfer goals and objectives into measurable plans. • Identify gaps and risks, and develop remediation plans. • Build strong relationships to identify requirements and potential opportunities. • Employ project management techniques and problem-solving. • Provide leadership, guidance, and advice in project management. • Resolve issues effectively. • Ensure compliance to cGMP and maintain safety and compliance standards. **Qualifications:** • Relevant experience in a Life Science Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology environment. • Relevant degree and/or Master's or equivalent. • Experience on large-scale pharmaceutical projects. • Ability to work independently and identify risks and mitigation pathways. • Passion for continuous improvement in project management. • Experience with project engineering in Greenfield or Brownfield technical projects. • Ability to work in a large team, with a collaborative and communicative approach. • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio. • Experience with Change Control and Document Management Systems. • Familiarity with project management software such as Smartsheet.
