Project Engineer - Packaging role seeks a skilled professional to lead engineering projects in a leading manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Collaborate with project manager and other participants to create efficient project methods and maintain profitability.
- Review engineering tasks and initiate corrective actions.
- Develop specifications for project equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections during construction phase.
- Ensure project compliance with applicable codes, practices, and specifications.
- Provide engineering services to maximize equipment availability.
- Implement solutions to optimize equipment performance.
- Review component drawings and ensure alignment for maximum outputs.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Engineering or equivalent (Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering).
- Project Management training desirable.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Manufacturing and Engineering, including planning, design, installation, and commissioning in a GMP Environment.
- Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Auto Cad, Solid Works.
- Excellent Communication skills.
