Project Engineer - Pharmaceutical Team Horizon is seeking a Project Engineer for a leading pharmaceutical company in Mayo. **Job Summary** Direct and experienced Project Engineer required to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams for the delivery of processing equipment to a global manufacturing site. **Key Responsibilities** • Safely coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams for the delivery of processing equipment to the site based on planned timelines and scope. • Coordinate the installation and services hook up of processing equipment, working with Equipment Vendors and Engineering personnel. • Lead the Project Team participation in Factory Acceptance Testing program. • Coordinate all equipment documentation requirements. • Commissioning of equipment and provide engineering support during qualification. • Work with the E&T Senior Manager & System Owner / Project Team to ensure project goals and targets are achieved. • Deliver on Process improvement / cost reduction projects. • Lead regular project review meetings with the project team. • Attend regular meetings with the E&T Tier 2 team. **Requirements** • Third-level qualification in an Engineering or equivalent discipline/experience. • Experience of working in Biologics, Pharmaceuticals or Medical device industry. • Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience. • Proven record of project management experience. • Self-starter with technical ability and good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work within a team to articulate and deliver specific functional requirements for all aspects of the project. • Good team leading skills and ability to work closely with other areas/departments within an organization.
