Key Responsibilities: Project handover from sales Define project scope Produce scope of works Management of logistics from supply chain partners Project Scheduling Site Visits / Surveys Attendance at Meetings / Meeting Minutes Scope of Works Change Tracking Variations Tracking & Management Variations / Scope Change Product & Parts Purchase Requisition & Tracking RAMS – Risk Assessment / Method Statements (in conjunction with EHS Manager) Project Cost Tracking – Materials & Labour Hours Sub-contractor Liaison & Management Preparation and presentation of handover / O+M package (including Service Annuity / Service Level Agreement) Requirements: Strong project management skills, 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of managing electrical projects Knowledge of generators, UPS systems and CHP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in project management software and tools Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Location: Leinster Job type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: €70-85k Benefits:Enjoy a competitive salary with a full suite of benefits, including a company van, laptop, mobile phone, income protection, death-in-service coverage, and pension contributions.
