Project Engineer needed for biopharmaceutical client in Dublin, managing project scope, stakeholders, and GMP change control, with experience in project engineering, continuous improvement, and team leadership.

PM Group, an employee-owned international project delivery firm, seeks a Project Engineer to work with a biopharmaceutical client in Dublin. The successful candidate will manage the full project scope, including all stakeholders, from project initiation to completion.

**Key Responsibilities:** • Manage project scope, stakeholders, and GMP change control • Project engineer and manage biopharma manufacturing projects • Manage continuous improvement applied to project management • Engage with site SMEs and managers along with global functions • Communicate, influence, and affect change with all levels of stakeholders and teams • Evaluate and transfer goals and objectives into measurable plans • Identify gaps/risks and put appropriate remediation plans in place • Build strong relationships to identify requirements and potential opportunities • Employ project management techniques and problem solving • Provide leadership, guidance, and advice in the field of project management • Resolve any issues effectively • Ensure compliance to c GMP • Maintain safety & compliance standards to the highest standards

**Requirements:** • Relevant experience in a Life Science Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology environment • Relevant Degree and/or Master's or equivalent • Experience in project engineering in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing facility • Ability to work independently and identify risks and mitigation pathways to ensure project delivery • Experience with or knowledge of MES and EMBR projects • Experience with or knowledge of validation of Aseptic Filling Lines • Passion for continuous improvement applied to project management • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS Power Point, and MS Visio • Experience with Change Control & Document Management Systems • Familiarity with project management software such as Smartsheet
