A Bioprocess Position at PE Global
PE Global is recruiting a Bioprocess for a leading biotech client in Dublin West. This 12-month contract role involves working a 4-cycle 12-hour shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert execution in manufacturing-process unit operations according to established standard work instructions.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and technology within the functional area.
- Author and approve operating procedures and documentation for large-scale manufacturing.
- Design and deliver training content, and oversee and approve on-the-job training and competency for Manufacturing Specialists.
- Drive Right-First-Time execution on shift and provide front-line support and resolution for manufacturing issues.
- Ensure expertise in process automation systems (Delta V and Syncade Interactions, OSI/Pi Historian) and supporting business systems (SAP, Trackwise, Maximo).
- Lead investigations in QMS and drive CAPA implementation.
- Review batch and exception reports for manufacturing lots in conjunction with Quality Assurance team.
- Promote Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Facilitate and support change control and project changes to operations in the MPCC manufacturing facility.
- Support NPI execution activities and non-routine protocol activities.
- Model a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Level 6 qualification in an Engineering/Science related discipline.
- Relevant experience in a similar regulated industry (e.g. c GMP, ISO or similar cleanroom industry experience).
- 1-3+ years' working experience in a large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
- Experience with Delta V and MES.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving ability and adherence to scheduled timelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional collaborative environment.
