Job Description

We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners. We are currently recruiting for a Project Engineer to join the team on-site in Dublin. The successful candidate will be based onsite at a large-scale industrial project in Dublin. Responsibilities Manage the full project scope in place, including all stakeholders through to project completion. Project engineer and manage equipment installation projects. Manage continuous improvement applied to project management. Manage all change control. Engage with site SMEs and managers. Communicate, influence and affect change with all levels of stakeholders and teams. Evaluate and transfer goals and objectives into measurable plans. Identify gaps / risks and put appropriate remediation plans in place. Build strong relationships to identify requirements and potential opportunities. Employ project management techniques and Problem Solving. Provides leadership, guidance, and advice in field of project management. Resolve any issues effectively. Ensure safety & compliance standards are maintained to the highest standards. Qualifications Degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline- Level 8 desirable 5 years plus relevant experience with experience in managing cross functional teams, delivering industrial, equipment or electrical projects. Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage and execute projects from initiation to completion. Excellent communication / organisation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation from project teams to site leadership team. Execution/adherence - demonstrated record of on time delivery. Demonstrable record of delivering right first time handover of documentation. Ability to work with end user on developing operating procedures, maintenance & calibration plans. Strong computer MS Project, MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.). Why PM Group?
