Job Description
Provide project management and engineering support for projects within site-based capital projects group. Responsibilities Manage project scope in place, including all stakeholders through to project completion. Project engineer and manage and delivery of projects. Manage continuous improvement applied to project management. Manage GMP change control. Engage with site SMEs and managers along with global functions. Communicate, influence and affect change with all levels of stakeholders and teams. Evaluate and transfer goals and objectives into measurable plans. Identify gaps / risks and put appropriate remediation plans in place. Build strong relationships to identify requirements and potential opportunities. Employ project management techniques and Problem Solving. Qualifications 5 years plus experience in a Life Science Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology environment. Relevant Degree and / or Masters or equivalent.
