Manage multiple engineering projects, including scope development, design, build/install, qualification, and handover to operations.
- Develop risk-based approaches for troubleshooting and future project planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate improvement projects.
- Oversee equipment design, qualification, and commissioning activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through investigations, change control, and Kaizen events.
- Liaise with global engineering services, facilities, and specialist vendors.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and GMP standards.
Experience in a similar role, ideally within a sterile manufacturing environment, is required.
- Proven track record in leading technical teams through operations and technical transfer projects.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards, especially in sterile filling processes and aseptic processing.
- Experience in project management, equipment and process validation, and Lean Six Sigma methodology is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write detailed reports, standards, and policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related job-specific software.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is desirable.
- A strong safety ethos and experience in managing change within a commercial site are essential.
