Project Engineer Job In Limerick

Project Engineer required for a 12-month contract in Limerick, Ireland, to manage engineering projects for a leading Pharma company.

Key responsibilities include project coordination, quality control, and client interaction, with a focus on compliance, budgeting, and personnel management.

Requirements include a BS/BEng in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical engineering, with 2+ years of experience and GMP experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of safe working procedures and project financial control is essential.

The right to freely work in Ireland with no VISA restrictions is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards, and specifications.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Experience coordinating with design houses.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Managing and coordinating contractors ranging from civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation.
• Strong knowledge in safe working procedures.
• Managing all aspects of project financial control.

Education & Experience:

• BS/BEng in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical engineering.
• 2+ years related experience.
• GMP experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical experience desirable.
