Job Description
We are partnering with a leading public sector organisation to recruit a project executive within sustainability.
In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with policymakers, industry groups, and leading global companies to help achieve sustainability goals, contribute to climate action plans, and support Ireland's National Climate Action Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with operations teams to drive client sustainability investments that enhance environmental performance.
- Manage and share sustainability knowledge across the global network to foster innovation, creativity, and thought leadership.
- Identify new opportunities and investment trends in sustainability, supporting the organisation's objectives and strategic goals.
- Conduct market research on sustainability topics, perform data analysis, and provide policy insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead impactful discussions with clients, demonstrating strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Present proposals to senior executives, including C-Suite clients, executive committees, and boards.
- Build a growing understanding of the organisation's sustainability value propositions and apply it to drive client growth strategies.
- Analyse client business plans and provide expert recommendations on transformation strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to deliver creative, high-impact solutions.
- Build your ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers in sustainability-related matters.
- Manage competing priorities and tasks with a proven track record of success.

Essential requirements:
- Third level qualification (minimum Level 8)
- Full driving licence is essential
Experience and knowledge around sustainability is desired.
