Job Description

Our public sector client, based in Dublin 1, are looking for an experienced Project Finance Manager to provide financial and commercial advice on major capital projects. Working with senior colleagues, you will engage with public sector bodies to support projects under various delivery methods including Exchequer-funded projects, PPPs, concessions, and joint ventures. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and a hybrid working model. Key Responsibilities: Support project structuring, financial modeling, and risk assessments. Assist in contract development and funding market engagement. Contribute to stakeholder management and negotiations. Undertake general financial advisory and evaluation work on behalf of key stakeholders as required, including financial statement analysis, financial robustness assessments, market analysis and options analysis. Prepare reports and memos for senior management. Requirements: Relevant third-level degree; chartered membership (ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc.) desirable. Minimum 5 years' experience in financial advisory, banking, or capital project delivery. Strong numerical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
