Job Description

Our Public Sector client is seeking a Project Lead to support the implementation of the Digital and ICT Strategy for local government.

The role involves overseeing key projects, managing stakeholders, and driving the delivery of the Digital Local Government action plan. Please note this is a 3 month contract role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager in executing the Digital and ICT Strategy.
  • Manage daily operations related to the strategy's implementation.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to deliver action plan projects.
  • Oversee budgets, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress.

Requirements:

  • Level 8 qualification in computing or relevant field, with 4+ years of ICT experience.
  • Proven project management skills and experience in public sector ICT.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
