CSR are working with one of the top Civil Engineering contractors who are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for an upcoming public works projects in Limerick. This is a new and exciting opportunity to develop your career working with a well-established, ambitious and growing civil contractor. Due to continued steady growth theyre looking for a talented and motivated person to join an already existing team Responsibilities:** - Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the public works project within set timelines and budget. - Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance. - Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress accordingly. - Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively to achieve project objectives. - Ensure quality control, safety standards, and adherence to all relevant regulations. - Provide regular project updates, reports, and communication to key stakeholders. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Project Manager in public works or civil engineering projects. - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. - Knowledge of public works regulations, permitting processes, and construction practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
