Job Overview:
Project management team required for high-rise apartment developments in Dublin's Docklands and traditional housing projects in the greater Dublin Region/M50 corridor.
Responsibilities:
Project Manager: Proven track record with developers and main contractors.
Site Manager: Several years' experience in residential construction.
Quantity Surveyor: Strong knowledge of construction costs and timelines.
Site Engineer: Experience with design and construction of high-rise buildings.
General Foreman / Site Agent: Proven leadership skills in construction projects.
Safety Officer: Dedicated to ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Several years' experience in residential construction.
Strong knowledge of construction costs, timelines, and safety regulations.
Proven track record with developers and main contractors.
Ability to work in a team environment and lead projects to completion.
Interviews:
Will take place in Dublin and London.
