Project Manager Business Systems
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for managing complex systems migration projects, with a strong background in implementing document management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and achieve project scope
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Oversee project implementation from beginning to end
- Plan projects in sufficient detail to ensure integration of all activities
- Identify project risks and mitigate them while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Direct and motivate project teams to achieve desired results
- Ensure effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, and customers
- Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
- Support users on change control and system updates
- Conduct regular audits to ensure effectiveness and identify anomalies/defects
- Create effective user manuals to support users at all experience levels
- Design and deliver training programs to support the rollout of new systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and act as a Subject Matter Expert
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and optimize systems
Requirements:
- Experience in managing complex systems migration projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders
- Sharp analytical skills to dissect complex information into manageable components
