PROJECT MANAGER BUSINESS SYSTEMS We are Cunningham. We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Project Manager (Business Systems) to join our high performing team. We are seeking an experience PM with a strong background in systems implementation, in particular, those with experience of implementing a document management system. REPORTING TO: Chief Operating Officer LOCATION: Newry CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed term, 6-12 months. Those wishing to provide services on an independent contractor / consulting basis may enquire directly. HOURS: Monday Friday Role Responsibilities Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels within the organisation, to define and achieve mutual understanding of the scope. Gather stakeholders requirements and translate these business needs into technical solutions. Oversee the implementation of projects from beginning to end while ensuring that it meets Cunningham needs. Plan the project(s) in sufficient detail to ensure integration of all activities, identification of cross-portfolio dependencies, and understanding of critical paths and key milestones. Ensure all necessary cross-functional resources are identified accurately and requested in a timely manner. Identify project risks associated with deploying new systems, mitigate them whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguard against data breaches. Direct and motivate any project team(s) to achieve the desired results, and ensure effective communication is maintained throughout the project. Ensure effective communication to the project teams, internal and external stakeholders, partners, suppliers and customers. Map and document interfaces between the legacy and new system. Support users on change control and system updates. Conduct regular audits to ensure effectiveness and identify anomalies / defects. Create effective user manuals to support users at all experience levels. Design and deliver a training programme to support the roll out of the new system. Trouble shoot any technical issues and act as a Subject Matter Expert. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and optimise systems. The Candidate Qualifications & Experience: Experience in managing complex systems migration projects, with experience in implementing a document management system essential. Knowledge of Pro Core and/or Red Sky will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Skills & Attributes: Strong knowledge and understanding of business processes and how different departments function knowledge of the construction industry will be an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. Strong ability to work collaboratively across different teams and various stakeholders. Sharp analytical skills to dissect complex information into manageable components and understand the underlying issues.
