Job Title: Project Manager - Change Management & Technical Delivery Location: Cork Are you a Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful change and overseeing complex projects? About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of business and technical projects, ensuring objectives are met within set timelines and budgets. You will play a key role in change management, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in managing complex projects and engaging with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver one or more projects from initiation through to closeout. Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and report on project progress. Oversee procurement processes and manage relationships with third-party vendors. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring seamless project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and provide regular updates to senior management. Support user training, business readiness, and post-go-live activities for IT-related workstreams. Manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones to ensure successful project completion. What You'll Need: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with experience leading complex change-focused projects. Relevant qualifications in Business, IT, or related disciplines (a Project Management qualification is required). Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders. The ability to handle complex issues proactively and propose effective solutions.
