My client is Ireland's leading Project Management Consultancy that covers all sectors from residential and commercial to Life Science. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their team in South Dublin.This role is hybrid and will offer a mix of office, site, and remote working.Responsibilities:Supervision, management, control, and delivery of complex projects to the satisfaction of their clients.Assist in the definition of the project scope & objectives, create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule, measure project performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.Risk management, relationship management, and a lot of client management in this client-facing position.Ensure budgetary objectives are met and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.Propose suitable changes to design to improve savings, ease construction programme, enhance specification, and quality completion.Monitor construction regarding quality of workmanship and materials.Maintain maximum cost effectiveness.Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good building practice.Establish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team.Requirements:Degree in Project Management or Construction Management.4+ years experience in a similar or related field.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Previous experience working with a Consultancy.Team player.If you are interested in applying for this role, click the link or contact Mark Barrett on 0858666089 or email mark@aaeuro.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
