Project Manager sought for a leading Project Management Consultancy in South Dublin, covering residential, commercial, and Life Science sectors.
This hybrid role offers a mix of office, site, and remote working, with a focus on delivering complex projects to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage complex projects to meet client expectations
- Define project scope and objectives, create schedules, and measure performance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality
- Manage risks, relationships, and client expectations
- Propose design changes to improve savings, construction programme, and specification
- Monitor construction quality and materials
- Maintain cost effectiveness and ensure compliance with regulations
- Establish project resource requirements and lead the project team
Requirements:
- Degree in Project Management or Construction Management
- 4+ years experience in a similar or related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working with a Consultancy
- Team player
