Project Manager sought for a leading Project Management Consultancy in South Dublin, covering residential, commercial, and Life Science sectors.
Our client, a renowned Project Management Consultancy, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team in South Dublin. This hybrid role offers a mix of office, site, and remote working.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage complex projects to meet client expectations.
- Define project scope and objectives, create project schedules, and measure performance to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Manage risks, relationships, and client expectations in a client-facing position.
- Ensure budgetary objectives are met and make adjustments based on financial analysis.
- Propose design changes to improve savings, construction programme, and quality completion.
- Monitor construction quality and materials.
- Maintain cost effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good building practice.
- Establish project resource requirements and lead the project team.
- Degree in Project Management or Construction Management.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar or related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working with a Consultancy.
- Team player.
