Project Manager / Design Manager An award-winning architectural consultancy with a diverse portfolio, including cutting-edge data centres, are seeking to recruit a talented Project Manager / Design Manager to oversee high-profile projects across Ireland and Europe. Based in their Dublin city studio, the Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving project success, managing teams, overseeing timelines, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. The successful Project Manager will lead exciting projects and take charge of complex, medium/large-scale projects across various sectors. *Along with a competitive salary, a generous remuneration package is on offer* Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of multiple projects, leading and coordinating teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle Manage progress reporting, resource planning, and project programming while ensuring compliance with Irish Building and Planning Regulations. Solve complex problems collaboratively with design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. Oversee construction contract administration and uphold the Architects role and responsibilities in project delivery. Requirements: A background in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management with at least 10 years within the construction industry (some of which must have been gained in Ireland). Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading teams through all construction stages Excellent communication, presentation, and design skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders Familiarity with Irish Building and Planning Regulations, as well as expertise in project-level design and contract administration Experience with high-tech projects such as data centres is a plus, but not essential Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential What We Offer: €80k€95k (based on experience).
