Project Manager – Developer – Cork
AA Euro Group has retained a top developer to recruit a Project Manager for their Cork office. The successful candidate will progress their career with a respected employer.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading project teams to ensure contracts are completed on time
* Managing company and health & safety compliance
* Supporting project surveyors with contract costs and variations
* Developing strong client relationships
* Managing contractor quality and programme adherence
* Coordinating with design teams for design deliverables
* Maintaining relationships with management teams, subcontractors, and main contractors
* Planning and scheduling works
* Ensuring Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental systems are upheld
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in construction related field with 7+ years experience
* 2-3 years in a managerial role with a main contractor or developer
* Proven record of delivering large scale commercial, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects
* Excellent communication skills
* IT fluency and MS package familiarity
* Experience with RC Frames and High Spec Fit-Out elements
* Project delivery from design stage to completion
* Ability to take responsibility for multiple projects concurrently
