Job Description
Clare Tourism Development DAC, a subsidiary of Clare County Council, seeks a Project Manager Digital Transformation to oversee the development and promotion of visitor attractions in County Clare. The ideal candidate will have substantial skills in ICT Project Management, with a proven track record in managing complex digital transformation projects, budgeting, and team leadership. The role requires the ability to manage the upgrading and centralization of ICT infrastructure, practical experience in taking charge, upgrading, consolidating, and migrating of business systems, and technical understanding of networking, server, and storage infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, and a proven history in management and leadership skills with at least five years ICT management experience in a commercial environment. The position is a full-time permanent contract, and the company will follow all Health and Safety regulations. The requirements include a third-level qualification, experience in administrative procedures, PC-based systems, reporting systems, analytical and commercial approach, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence. The candidate must also have a minimum of 5 years satisfactory experience in ICT Management, a current full-class B driver's license, and access to their own car. The successful candidate will have the ability to enforce Clare Tourism Development DAC standards, policies, and procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality of visitor and company information.
