Responsibilities Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of various high-impact projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Mitigate project risk, ensuring smooth project workflows. Drive adherence to project management methodologies, including SDLC processes, while upholding the highest standards of quality for project deliverables. Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient project implementation and foster strong collaboration. Continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance project performance and outcomes. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within IT or a related sector. Strong understanding of project management frameworks and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). Certified PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management qualification preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly desirable. Skills & Qualities Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively. Solid understanding of enterprise-level IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles. Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in delivering complex projects. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions in a timely manner. Proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders and facilitating positive team dynamics.
