My client, a Tier 1 Construction Company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Fit-Out) with over 10 years of construction experience specializing in fit-out projects and interiors. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join high-performing project teams in Dublin, working on high-profile projects with blue-chip clients in a stimulating environment. Responsibilities: Develop and update the master construction programme, ensuring the project meets key milestones. Determine staff resources for the project and communicate effectively with the team. Implement the Safety System and establish an excellent safety culture on the project. Manage project quality over the lifecycle and ensure build quality meets expectations. Ensure project costs are managed and preliminaries/packages are tightly controlled. Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver agreed commercial objectives for the project. Maintain positive relationships with the client team through concise project controls and reporting, keeping them informed of all operational and commercial risks, including delays and potential claims. Requirements: Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 10+ years construction experience, working on fit-out projects/interiors. Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects. Strong numeracy and report writing skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders. Understands commercial realities and proposes cost-effective solutions. Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or similar), and Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Procore, BIM 360, or similar platforms.
