Project Manager (Fit-Out and/or Building Experience) Location: Dublin, IrelandOverview Our client is seeking skilled and experienced Project Managers with a specialisation in Fit-Out and/or Building Experience to join their dynamic project teams in Dublin. Their projects cover a wide range of commercial developments, typically valued between 5 - 10 million euros. They have a robust pipeline of work and are looking for candidates who are interested in long-term career growth within their organisation. Reporting To: Contracts Manager Purpose of Role As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a critical role in achieving client satisfaction through effective project management and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the development and updating of the construction programme in collaboration with the Contracts Manager to ensure project milestones are achieved. Assess and allocate the necessary staff resources for each project and ensure effective communication within the project team. Enforce the company's Safety System and foster a strong safety culture on-site. Oversee project quality throughout all phases to ensure adherence to high standards and client expectations. Manage and monitor project costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and strict control of prelims and packages. Collaborate with the commercial team to meet financial targets and project budgets. Maintain robust and transparent communication with the client, providing regular updates on project status, risks, delays, and potential claims. The Candidate Third level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 10+ years of construction experience with structural and civil building work and/or experience working on fit-out projects/interiors. Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects. Strong numeracy and report writing skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders. Understanding of commercial realities and ability to propose cost-effective solutions. Proficient in MS Office, project management software (such as MS Project), and CDEs such as Procore, BIM 360, or similar.
