Job Title: Project Manager (PMO)- Food Industry Location: Dublin (Hybrid, with some travel to Ireland and UK) Please note your visa must allow you to travel to the UK to apply for this role. Company Overview: Our client, a leading Irish food manufacturing company are seeking a Project Portfolio Manager to support business growth through effective project management. The ideal candidate will come from a food industry background, have some exposure to manufacturing processes and have a proven track record of leading cross functional project teams in the past. Role Overview: Reporting to the Head of PMO, this role involves managing cross-functional projects that align with the company's strategic objectives. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business goals. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Oversee strategic project portfolios and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Project Support: Promote continuous improvement and ensure smooth project execution through structured project management practices. Process Development: Help develop and improve project management processes aligned with the PMO. Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects support the company's overall strategy and objectives. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 2-4 years' FMCG experience, preferably in food Strong project management and organisational skills, a project management qualification (e.g Prince2) is preferable IT proficiency (Teams, Excel, OneNote) Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Lean/Six Sigma experience is a bonus Hybrid working offered, with some travel to sites in Ireland and the UK.
