Job Summary: Lead project manager for clinical trials, responsible for project timelines, customer communication, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive work environment by building partnerships and communicating effectively.
- Act as primary contact and study lead with customers, managing routine teleconferences and generating meeting minutes.
- Develop and present project plans, timelines, and financial reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processing of project requirements.
- Travel independently to present at customer-facing meetings and travel with Business Development for customer meetings as requested.
- Presentation of project portfolio, identification of potential risks, and implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Participation in developing and updating internal documents and guides.
- Participation in customer audits as requested by Regulatory Affairs.
- Meet or exceed internal project management metrics.
- Travel up to 20% of the time.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or similar.
- Required minimum of three years in a customer-focused role.
- Desired minimum of one year working in a project management role within the clinical trial industry.
- Imaging or Cardiac experience preferred but not required.
- Advanced English fluency required for business communication.
