Job Summary: Lead project manager for clinical trials, responsible for project timelines, customer communication, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by building partnerships and communicating effectively.
  • Act as primary contact and study lead with customers, managing routine teleconferences and generating meeting minutes.
  • Develop and present project plans, timelines, and financial reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processing of project requirements.
  • Travel independently to present at customer-facing meetings and travel with Business Development for customer meetings as requested.
  • Presentation of project portfolio, identification of potential risks, and implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Participation in developing and updating internal documents and guides.
  • Participation in customer audits as requested by Regulatory Affairs.
  • Meet or exceed internal project management metrics.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or similar.
  • Required minimum of three years in a customer-focused role.
  • Desired minimum of one year working in a project management role within the clinical trial industry.
  • Imaging or Cardiac experience preferred but not required.
  • Advanced English fluency required for business communication.
