As Project Manager., you will be responsible forthe management of Junior Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, Site staff and also Responsible for delivering all aspects of projects under his or her control from planning through implementation to final account stage. Responsibilities: Management of QEHS on designated site(s) Management of Junior Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, Site staff Managing relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, Clients, End Customers Problem solving and decision making in collaboration with management on site matters Planning of resources, labour, materials and subcontractors Management of materials and supplies on site in safe and secure manner Delivering projects on program and within budget Liaising with design team Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience: 2+ years experience in PM role Qualification or Equivalent in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline HVAC or mechanical experience Good communication and interpersonal skills.
